The resource within the Management Control function of the Porto Marghera (VE) plant will be responsible for:

– Managing the industrial accounting system;
– Ensuring the correct determination of product cost and its components;
– Developing industrial cost analyses with a view to resource optimization;
– Preparing and updating industrial reporting and KPIs;
– Supporting the monitoring of monthly inventory levels, overseeing and managing the process of stock valuation, and developing related reporting;
– Supporting the budget preparation;
– Collaborating with Finance colleagues for monthly and annual closures and for cross-functional continuous improvement projects;
– Liaising with external entities for R&D credit certification;
– Conducting economic calculations of investments (ROI calculation, payback, etc.).

Requirements:

– Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
– At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured industrial companies;
– Proven knowledge of SAP ERP (FI-CO-MM-SD);
– Excellent knowledge of Excel;
– Knowledge of industrial accounting (BOM, cycles, cost allocation, accounting by CoC and BU, etc.);

Location:Porto Marghera

The resource within the Production function, reporting to the Shift Supervisor, will be responsible for:

– Performing field activities according to predetermined work methods,
– Conducting checks on the assigned plant section and reporting any operational anomalies to shift supervisors,
– Independently carrying out minor maintenance tasks as directed by the Shift Supervisor,
– Conducting visual inspections of equipment and piping,
– Ensuring the decontamination of equipment/lines for maintenance interventions,
– Managing anhydrous tanks and process maneuvers in the field,
– Assisting Laboratory personnel during sample collection,
– Monitoring the refrigeration plant,
– Managing emergency situations in the relevant section,
– Managing external operations and conducting checks on the plant section for the production of hydrofluoric acid in SHF 40% solution.

Requirements:

– Technical diploma,
– Previous experience in a steel mill, as a plant operator, or in managing steam and nitrogen plants, etc.,
– Boiler operator certification is preferred

The work is carried out in three continuous shifts.

The resource within the maintenance function, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of all maintenance work and investments for the assigned line, specifically:

– Maintaining contact with service providers to oversee the execution of work;
– Ensuring compliance with safety regulations within the scope of activities;
– Verifying the type of intervention and work permits in the field;
– Coordinating and overseeing the activities of maintenance service providers;
– Conducting periodic reporting on mechanical and civil maintenance;
– Reviewing plants to define the types of interventions required;
– Performing vibration checks.

Requirements:

– Mechanical technician diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanics;
– Knowledge of instrumentation (lathes, reamers);
– Leadership and team management skills;
– Knowledge of SAP is preferred;
– Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel.
