Project Engineer
This employee will oversee the operational management of industrial projects, coordinating activities among the engineering department, production, and contractors to ensure that objectives related to safety, quality, timelines, and costs are met.
Specifically, the person will be responsible for:
- Coordinate engineering and design activities;
- Verify the compliance of the project with the reference technical regulations and company procedures;
- Support the project contact person in planning and monitoring activities;
- Manage the interface between the various technical disciplines, design activities and suppliers of goods and services;
- Prepare, take care of and manage the technical project documentation and the various approval steps for the purchase of goods and services;
- Plan and monitor the progress of activities, identifying critical issues and proposing corrective actions;
- Coordinate the various company functions involved together with external suppliers;
- Participate in project risk analysis and management activities;
- Participate in the testing, commissioning and start-up phases of the plants, providing technical support even in the phases following entry into operation;
- Ensure the correct execution of the assigned projects in compliance with the defined times and costs;
- Coordinate and supervise on-site activities in compliance with current safety regulations and in compliance with the company DVR;

Requirements:
- Experience in the management of industrial projects in the Oil & Gas sector with solid Project Management skills and ability to oversee times, costs and risk assessment.
- Experience in the application of Project Engineering methodologies, with a strong ability to analyze technical requirements and transform them into efficient and concretely implementable design solutions. Knowledge of SAP will be considered a preferential requirement.
- Good knowledge of industrial process plants, the main applicable technical and safety regulations.
Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related fields; excellent knowledge of English; and familiarity with CAD and planning tools. Experience in continuous-cycle process and/or chemical industrial settings is required.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, the ability to work independently, teamwork skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The position offers an indicative annual salary ranging from €38,000 to €48,000, to be determined based on technical skills, experience, and the degree of autonomy demonstrated in the role.

External Plant Operator
As part of the Production department and reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the external operations and monitoring of the assigned plant section, including managing related emergency situations.
- Performing minor maintenance tasks independently.
- Conducting visual inspections of equipment and piping.
- Ensuring the decontamination of equipment and lines prior to maintenance work.
- Managing anhydrous tanks and on-site process operations.
- Assisting laboratory staff during sample collection.
- Monitoring the refrigeration system
Requirements:
- Technical high school diploma
- Previous experience as a chemical plant operator, or in managing steam, nitrogen, or similar systems.
- Possession of a boiler operator’s license is preferred
The work is performed in three shifts on a continuous cycle
Salary range: €30K – €40K
